The 10 best niche edit services in 2026, ranked by how many of four buyer facts each provider’s own page states, start with FatJoe, The HOTH, LinkVetted, Outreach Monks, Reporter Outreach and Vettted. Only those six state a price, a turnaround, a replacement term and a minimum quality filter. This ranks transparency, not results.
Quick Takeaways
- Providers are ranked by how many of four facts their own page states: a dollar price per link, a turnaround in days or weeks, a replacement or guarantee term, and a minimum domain rating (DR) or traffic filter.
- FatJoe, The HOTH, LinkVetted, Outreach Monks, Reporter Outreach and Vettted state all four.
- All 10 pages state a dollar price. 9 state a turnaround, 9 state a replacement term and 8 state a minimum DR or traffic filter.
- Entry prices run from $23 to $300 per link. At DR 60+, the six providers that sell that tier charge from $237 to $549.
- Replacement terms run from 6 months to a lifetime guarantee. Two providers, LinkVetted and Vettted, have near-identical names but are different companies.
How did we rank these niche edit services?
We ranked them by counting how many of four facts each provider’s own page states, one point per fact. Ties are broken alphabetically, since every tied provider states a price.
- A dollar price per link: a price in dollars for one link, or a starting price per link. A monthly package price with no per-link figure does not count.
- A turnaround: a number of days, weeks or hours from order to a live link. A refund deadline or an “early results” window does not count.
- A replacement or guarantee term: how long the provider replaces a link that drops. “Replacement” with no length does not count.
- A minimum quality filter: a minimum DR, or a minimum monthly traffic figure, that the provider says its sites meet.
What else to know about the method:
- Where we looked: the provider’s own niche edit or link insertion page, checked between October 5 and October 13, 2026. We did not use third-party lists or reviews.
- What “Not stated” means: we did not find that fact on that page. It may be elsewhere on the provider’s site or given on a sales call.
- What the quotes are: each quote is copied from the provider’s own page. These are provider claims, not audited results.
- What we did not measure: link quality, ranking impact, or client satisfaction.
- What we did when a page contradicted itself: we did not score that fact. Where it matters, the entry says so.
- Who is not listed: we looked at 18 providers. Ten are listed. The other eight are named near the end of this post with the reason each was left out.

What are the 10 best niche edit services in 2026?
1. FatJoe
Core Strength: Six published price tiers and the longest guarantee on the list. The page lists DR 10+ at $72, DR 20+ at $96, DR 30+ at $120, DR 40+ at $216, DR 50+ at $336 and DR 60+ at $456, and states a “Lifetime guarantee.”
Why Choose Them: The page also states a money-back guarantee, and a turnaround of “From 14 days.” It is the only provider here with a live DR 10+ tier.
What Makes It Different: It is the only provider here that states a lifetime guarantee. Its DR 60+ tier lists a traffic range of 1K to 60K, so the tier covers sites of very different size.
Pros:
- States all four facts
- Lifetime guarantee
- Price tiers from DR 10+ to DR 60+
Cons:
- “From 14 days” gives a floor, not a ceiling
- Wide traffic range inside the DR 60+ tier
2. The HOTH
Core Strength: Three clear price tiers with a stated replacement policy. The page lists DR 20+ at $200, DR 45+ at $250 and DR 60+ at $450.
Why Choose Them: The page states “approximately 30 days” for delivery. It states a fix-or-replace policy for 6 months, and 1 year on a Discount Tier Contract or an active HOTH X subscription.
What Makes It Different: Its guarantee gets longer if you commit to a contract or subscription. The page also describes link insertions as “also known as ‘curated links,’ or ‘niche edits’.”
Pros:
- States all four facts
- Guarantee extends to 1 year with a contract or subscription
- Only three tiers to choose from, easy to compare
Cons:
- The longest turnaround on the list at about 30 days
- Entry tier at $200 is above FatJoe, LinkVetted, Outreach Monks and Vettted
3. LinkVetted
Core Strength: The lowest published DR 60+ price among the six providers that sell that tier. The page lists DR 20-39 at $59, DR 40-59 at $127 and DR 60+ at $237.
Why Choose Them: The page states “Typically 5-10 business days from order to live link.” Its guarantee reads “If the link drops or the page loses its traffic within 6 months, we replace it free.”
What Makes It Different: The guarantee covers the page losing its traffic, not only the link being removed. No other provider here states that. LinkVetted is a different company from Vettted, listed at number 6.
Pros:
- States all four facts
- Replacement covers a traffic drop, not only a removed link
- Lowest DR 60+ price among the six providers that sell that tier
Cons:
- Only three tiers, and the lowest is a band (DR 20-39)
- A 6-month window is shorter than FatJoe, Vettted or Reporter Outreach
4. Outreach Monks
Core Strength: The widest tier ladder. The page lists DR 20+ at $99, DR 30+ at $119, DR 40+ at $179, DR 50+ at $239, DR 60+ at $319 and DR 70+ at $449.
Why Choose Them: The page states a “2-week turnaround” and a 6-month replacement guarantee. Its entry tier is DR 20+ at $99.
What Makes It Different: It is the only provider on the list that sells a separate DR 70+ tier, which makes it the one to check if you need very high authority sites.
Pros:
- States all four facts
- Six tiers, including DR 70+
- Fixed 2-week turnaround
Cons:
- A 6-month guarantee, shorter than the lifetime and 2-year terms elsewhere
- The DR 70+ tier at $449 is close to The HOTH’s DR 60+ price
5. Reporter Outreach
Core Strength: A single, plain offer. The page says “Niche edit services from $300 per link,” on “DR 50 to 70+ sites.”
Why Choose Them: The page states “Live in 2 to 3 weeks” and “Free replacement if a link drops within 12 months.”
What Makes It Different: It sells only at a high DR floor. Every other provider here with a stated filter starts at DR 10 to 30, or at a traffic minimum.
Pros:
- States all four facts
- 12-month replacement
- A high stated floor of DR 50
Cons:
- The highest entry price on the list at $300
- No lower tiers if your budget is smaller
6. Vettted
Core Strength: The longest replacement term on a premium tier. The page lists DR 20+ at $100, DR 30+ at $120, DR 40+ at $160, DR 50+ at $350 and DR 60+ at $500, with replacement for up to 2 years on the DR 60+ tier.
Why Choose Them: The page states 10 days for the DR 20+ tier and 14 days for DR 30+ and above. It also lists DR 10+ at $50 and a Starter tier at $25, and marks both as paused, so we did not score them.
What Makes It Different: The 2-year term applies to the DR 60+ tier only. Lower tiers get a shorter or different term, so read the tier before you buy. Not the same company as LinkVetted.
Pros:
- States all four facts
- Two-year replacement on DR 60+
- Turnaround stated by tier, 10 or 14 days
Cons:
- The long guarantee is for one tier only
- Price jumps from $160 at DR 40+ to $350 at DR 50+
7. MaiGrowth
Core Strength: A stated quality filter on every link. The page says “DR 30+ Minimum” and “a minimum of 1,000 monthly organic visitors.” Prices are From $149 at DR 30+, From $229 at DR 40+, From $349 at DR 50+ and From $549 at DR 60+.
Why Choose Them: The page says “Every link we place is monitored for 12 full months,” and lists a 14-day “Replacement SLA.” It also gives a refund if links are not placed within 45 days.
What Makes It Different: It pairs a traffic filter with a DR filter, and it monitors links for you instead of leaving you to find a dropped one. Links are “inserted naturally within existing content,” per the page.
Pros:
- Both a DR and a traffic minimum stated
- 12 months of monitoring
- Refund if links are not placed within 45 days
Cons:
- No turnaround in days stated. The 45-day refund deadline is a limit, not a delivery time
- The highest DR 60+ price among the providers that publish one, at From $549
8. Microters
Core Strength: A price range per tier and a stated turnaround. The page lists “$50 starter placements to high-tier 400authoritylinks,”withtheStandardtierat”50 – 149/link”andtheGrowthNichetierat”150 – $320 / link.”
Why Choose Them: The page states “7 – 14 Days,” and “Most placements go live within 7 to 14 business days.” The Standard tier lists DR 20-40 sites with a “Minimum 1,000 monthly traffic” requirement.
What Makes It Different: It prices by range, not by fixed DR tier, so the exact price depends on the site you are given.
Pros:
- Turnaround and traffic minimum both stated
- Low entry price at $50
- A stated traffic floor even on the Standard tier
Cons:
- The replacement terms conflict on the page. It claims a “Permanent live link guarantee” and also a replacement “within 12 months,” so we did not score it
- Prices are ranges, not fixed per-link figures
9. Niche Ranker
Core Strength: One of the lowest prices on the list with the terms in the price. The page says “$29” for “Premium Niche Edit Links,” and “All prices include placement, indexing submission, and 1-year replacement guarantee.”
Why Choose Them: The page states turnaround as “Typically under 5 days” for small orders and “Up to 18 days” for large orders.
What Makes It Different: It states a turnaround by order size, which no other provider here does. Instead of a DR minimum, the page lists referring domains from 20 to 1,000+ and Trust Flow from 5 to 50+.
Pros:
- Price, turnaround and 1-year replacement all stated
- Turnaround stated for small and large orders
- Replacement included in the price
Cons:
- No DR or traffic minimum stated
- A price this low is worth testing on a small order before you scale it
10. PRWiz
Core Strength: The fastest turnaround on the list and a marketplace you can browse. The page says “Starts at 23USD”forlinkinsertions,withamiddlehalfof”82 – $154,” and “48-72 hrs.”
Why Choose Them: You pick the sites yourself. The page says a link is “replaced free if it drops inside its window.”
What Makes It Different: The replacement window is set per listing, and the page says it can be “six months, a year or permanent.” The page lists “DR 1-90+,” so it sells sites at every level. The quality filter is yours to apply.
Pros:
- Fastest stated turnaround at 48-72 hours
- You choose the site and see the price first
- Replacement is free inside each listing’s window
Cons:
- No minimum DR or traffic: you set the filter
- The replacement window differs by listing, so check it before you buy
Which niche edit services did not make the list?
We looked at 18 providers. Ten are listed. The other eight:
- SerpPro, StellarSEO and Stan Ventures: each states three facts, including a price. They tied with the four providers ranked 7 to 10 and were cut by the alphabetical tie-break. StellarSEO and Stan Ventures are covered in our niche edits guide.
- RankShifters: states a turnaround of “3-7 Days,” a 12-month replacement and DR tiers, but no per-link price.
- Worldwide Backlinks: states two facts. It gives a price from $99 and a typical turnaround of about two weeks, but no replacement length and no minimum filter.
- LinkScope: its page sells monthly packages of $499 for 3 links and $999 for 6, with no per-link price. The page also says “No subscription required” next to the monthly label, so the billing is unclear.
- Backlinkers: the page states “Minimum turnaround: 10 business days” and, in an FAQ, “three business days after approval,” so the turnaround is unclear.
- OutreachDesk: the page says campaigns “usually start at $220 per placement” and the footer says “From $200 a link,” so the price is unclear.
What is a niche edit?
A niche edit, also called a link insertion or curated link, is a link added to an article that is already published. The provider contacts the site owner, who adds your link to the existing page. Page One Power describes niche edits as “links placed into an existing piece of content after it has been published.”
The difference from a guest post is that nothing new is written. The page already exists, may already have traffic, and may already rank. That is why prices and turnaround differ from guest posts. For a step-by-step explanation, read our guide, Niche Edits: How to Do Them and What They Cost.
How much do niche edit services cost?
All 10 pages state a price. Entry prices run from $23 to $300 per link, and the price rises with domain rating.
The six providers that sell a DR 60+ tier state these prices:
| Provider | DR 60+ price |
| LinkVetted | $237 |
| Outreach Monks | $319 |
| The HOTH | $450 |
| FatJoe | $456 |
| Vettted | $500 |
| MaiGrowth | From $549 |
Do not read that as a ranking by value. Tiers set different traffic floors and different guarantees. Vettted’s DR 60+ tier lists 10K to 100K+ monthly traffic, while FatJoe’s lists 1K to 60K. A higher traffic floor can justify a higher price. Ask to see the exact page before you pay.
PRWiz, Niche Ranker and Microters price differently. PRWiz is a marketplace where each listing has its own price. Niche Ranker states one price, $29. Microters prices by range.
What is the cheapest way to buy niche edits?
On the prices the pages state, the lowest entry points are PRWiz at $23, Niche Ranker at $29, Microters at $50, LinkVetted at $59 and FatJoe at $72 per link. Reporter Outreach, at $300, is the highest entry price.
A low price is a starting point, not a verdict. PRWiz and Niche Ranker state no minimum DR or traffic, so the quality filter is yours to apply. LinkVetted, FatJoe and Microters state a filter at the low end (DR 20 and up, DR 10 and up, and 1,000 monthly traffic on the Standard tier). If you are on a budget, start with a small test order and check the live page before you scale.
Which niche edit services state a traffic minimum?
DR is not the only filter. MaiGrowth states “a minimum of 1,000 monthly organic visitors,” and Microters states “Minimum 1,000 monthly traffic” on its Standard tier. Vettted’s DR 60+ tier lists 10K to 100K+ monthly traffic, and FatJoe’s lists 1K to 60K. Niche Ranker lists referring domains and Trust Flow instead of traffic. If a page promises “high traffic” with no figure, ask for the number and the page URL.
How long do niche edit services take?
Nine of the ten pages state a turnaround.
| Provider | Stated turnaround |
| PRWiz | 48-72 hours |
| Niche Ranker | Typically under 5 days, up to 18 days for large orders |
| LinkVetted | 5-10 business days |
| Microters | 7-14 days |
| Vettted | 10 days (DR 20+), 14 days (DR 30+ and above) |
| Outreach Monks | 2 weeks |
| FatJoe | From 14 days |
| Reporter Outreach | 2 to 3 weeks |
| The HOTH | About 30 days |
MaiGrowth does not state a turnaround in days, only a refund if links are not placed within 45 days. Allow extra time for links that need a site owner to approve the change.
How long do replacement guarantees last?
Nine pages state a replacement term, and the range is wide.
- Lifetime: FatJoe.
- Up to 2 years: Vettted, on the DR 60+ tier only.
- 12 months: Reporter Outreach, and MaiGrowth monitors links for 12 months.
- 1 year: Niche Ranker, included in the price. The HOTH offers 1 year on a Discount Tier Contract or an active HOTH X subscription.
- 6 months: LinkVetted, Outreach Monks and The HOTH on its standard terms.
- Set per listing: PRWiz.
A guarantee only helps if you check. Ask how the provider finds dropped links, how fast it replaces them, and what it counts as a drop. LinkVetted counts a traffic loss. Others may not.
How do you choose a niche edit service?
Ask these questions before you order:
- What is the page, not just the site? A strong domain can hold a page with no traffic. Ask for the exact URL before you pay.
- What filter does the provider promise? A DR floor, a traffic floor, or both. MaiGrowth, Microters and Reporter Outreach state theirs.
- How long is the replacement window, and what triggers it? Lifetime, 2 years, 12 months and 6 months are all on this list.
- How long until the link is live? Compare the days stated, and ask what slows an order down.
- Is the topic relevant to your page? DR does not tell you whether the article fits your content.
- How will you know if the link drops? Some providers monitor. Others expect you to check.
Know the risk too. Google’s spam policy prohibits buying links for ranking purposes unless they carry a nofollow or sponsored attribute. Paid niche edits carry that risk, and vetting lowers it but does not remove it. Be wary of a price with no stated terms, a guarantee with no length, and a DR claim with no named sites.
FAQ
What are niche edit services?
A niche edit service adds your link to an existing, published article on another site. The provider contacts the site owner and arranges the change, and you pay a fee per link. The links are also called link insertions or curated links.
How much do niche edit services cost?
All ten providers listed here state a price. Entry prices run from $23 to $300 per link. At DR 60+, the six providers that sell that tier charge from $237 to $549.
What is the cheapest niche edit service?
On the prices the pages state, PRWiz starts at $23 per link and Niche Ranker states $29. Neither states a minimum DR or traffic, so check each page before you buy. LinkVetted starts at $59 for DR 20-39 and FatJoe at $72 for DR 10+.
How long do niche edits take?
Nine of the ten providers state a turnaround. It runs from 48 to 72 hours at PRWiz to about 30 days at The HOTH.
Do niche edit services replace links that drop?
Nine of the ten state a replacement term. FatJoe states a lifetime guarantee, Vettted up to 2 years on DR 60+, and several state 6 or 12 months. Check what counts as a drop before you buy.
Are niche edits better than guest posts?
They are different. A niche edit is cheaper per link and faster, but you do not control the page. A guest post gives you a new page you write. Which one fits depends on your budget and what you want the link to sit in.
Are niche edits safe for SEO?
They can be, when the page is relevant and real. Google’s spam policy prohibits buying links for ranking purposes unless they carry a nofollow or sponsored attribute, so paid links carry some risk. Choosing relevant pages and checking each one lowers it.
